No. Only food and drinks sold on site are allowed, as they are suitable for the visit.

Is the museum accessible to strollers?

Single strollers for one child are allowed. Double or triple strollers are not permitted.

Is the exhibition suitable for children?

Yes, the experience is suitable for children and ideal for the whole family.

Do you offer tours for school groups?

Yes, tours for school groups can be arranged. For any booking or information request, please fill out our contact form.

Can I bring a pet?

No, pets are not allowed.

In which languages is the exhibition available?

The exhibition is available in French and English.

I have luggage — is there a cloakroom?

Due to enhanced security measures (Vigipirate plan), suitcases or bags larger than 20x30x20 cm are not allowed inside the exhibition.

If you are carrying luggage, and for an optimal visit, we recommend using the Westfield lockers located very close to the exhibition:

At Westfield Les 4 Temps: Porte de La Grande Arche between Poltronesofà and Massimo Dutti on Level 1

At Westfield CNIT: To the left of FNAC, on Level 0

Rates:
Small locker: €4 for the first 3 hours + €1 per additional hour

SECURITY

Safety rules

A security check may take place at the entrance and may require a visual inspection, a search of hand luggage, and/or a pat-down by specialized personnel. Each visitor is required to comply; failure to do so will result in denied access without refund. Any item likely to be used as a projectile, weapon, or that could endanger public safety or disturb other visitors will be refused, in particular:

pyrotechnic articles
knives and sharp objects
plastic or glass bottles
alcoholic beverages
cans and bottles
food of any kind
aerosols and markers

If the owner of a prohibited item refuses to dispose of it, access to the exhibition will be denied without refund. It is forbidden to touch the artworks. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue, as is the consumption of illegal substances. The site reserves the right to expel anyone disturbing public order or not complying with these rules, without refund.
