100% independent—without labels, influence networks, subsidies, or patrons—founded by Antoine Roblot, a self-taught producer immersed in graffiti culture since his youth, the ZOO ART SHOW is both a bold entrepreneurial and human adventure, with artists at the heart of the project.
Born in 2018 in Lyon, the ZOO ART SHOW has already brought together hundreds of thousands of visitors through its XXL artistic experiences and left a lasting mark on its hometown with its monumental public exhibitions.
2018 / 2019
ZOO ART SHOW – LYON 6
2 exhibitions, 24 weeks of free access, 70,000 visitors, 100 exhibiting artists, 80 performers, a raw bourgeois building in the heart of Lyon’s most elegant neighborhoods, and an unmistakable vibe… the ZOO ART SHOW captured the heart of an entire city.
2019
ZOO BIG WALL – LYON 3
At the end of 2019, the ZOO ART SHOW produced one of the largest outdoor murals ever seen in Europe: ZOO BIG WALL. This ephemeral painting, covering over 2,500 square meters, was created by Lyon-based artist Kalouf at the exit of Gare de la Part-Dieu—a first XXL masterpiece.
2020/2021
ZOO XXL – LYON 6
Back on fire, the ZOO ART SHOW returned with ZOO XXL: 4,000 m² of urbex in central Lyon, 250 artists, and groundbreaking live shows… Over 45,000 visitors and hundreds of artists brought ZOO XXL to life during its 3-month run. In the midst of the COVID period, the ZOO ART SHOW became an institution in Lyon.
2022
GOODBYE BERLIOZ – VILLEURBANNE
The ZOO ART SHOW was commissioned to create Europe’s largest street art project: GOODBYE BERLIOZ. With 8,000 m² indoors and 3,000 m² of façades at the metro entrance, 300 artists from all over the world contributed… a space that would never officially open despite the hundreds of works already completed. But that didn’t stop them.
2022/2026
REZOO – LYON METROPOLE
Insatiable, the ZOO ART SHOW produced a fleet of 10 unique trams, entirely wrapped by the world’s top street artists. A powerful concept and an international-scale artistic attraction, it has been a source of pride for the Lyon Métropole since 2022.
2025/2026
ZOO ART SHOW – PARIS LA DÉFENSE
In 2025, the ZOO ART SHOW took a new leap by heading to the French capital with ZOO ART SHOW PARIS LA DÉFENSE, a massive street art experience featuring a prestigious lineup, with the ambition to expand and replicate its projects in major cities around the world.
